Our client is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team across a number of landmark developments in Dublin. With multiple live projects, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on the site that best suits their location
Current and upcoming residential and commercial developments:- €96m - Rialto - completion in 2029
- €50m - Harold's Cross - completion in 2029
- €57m - Leopardstown - completion in 2028
- €154m - East Wall - completion in 2027
Successful candidates can indicate their preferred project location, and every effort will be made to assign them to the site closest to their home

- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the company's Environmental, Health & Safety Management System across the project.
- Drive a positive safety culture by working closely with site management, subcontractors, and the wider workforce.
- Carry out regular site inspections, monitor compliance, and produce clear, accurate EHS reports and recommendations.
- Build strong working relationships across the project, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve the highest safety standards.
- Mentor and support site teams, promoting best practice and encouraging a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
- 4+ years site-based experience
