Job Description

Health & Safety Manager(Residential Developer)

Wicklow/Dublin

€85-100K + Package

Required for expanding resdiential developer with 7+ sites in Wicklow & Dublin.

Role will entail setting up and managing H&S systems for the company and overseeing multiple sites.

Role can be based in Ashford or North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Company's Health & Safety function in its entirety
Partner with the Construction and Operational Senior Management team to ensure effective delivery of Safety solutions
Manage, recruit, and develop the Health and Safety team
Develop, enhance, and implement robust Health & Safety procedures
ensuring statutory and environmental safety obligation
Ensure and promote an incident free workplace

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years' experience in Health & Safety, working on residential projects
A third level diploma/degree in Health & Safety or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
Full clean driving licence essential.
