Health and Safety Manager

Role & LocationHealth and Safety Manager : Health & Safety Manager for Housing Responsive Repairs, mainly based at Frensham Street Depot, one day at London Bridge office and one home working.

Purpose: Provide professional H&S support, ensure legal compliance, and maintain an effective safety management system for Responsive Repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)Health and Safety Manager - development, review, quality, suitability and compliance.
• Deliver audits and inspections, investigations, performance reporting and promote continuous improvement.
• Advise on CDM 2015 duties and support stakeholders across operational teams and contractors.

Mandatory ExperienceHealth and Safety Manager : Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, IOSH membership, H&S qualification (degree/diploma), experience in DLO/construction environments, plus proven auditing, investigation, data analysis and training skills.

Nice to HaveHealth and Safety Manager : Experience in public sector housing, contractor management, CDM-related project work, and additional H&S or auditing certifications.
