What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.
• Support and conduct investigations following incidents or near misses.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor teams at all levels on safety expectations and standards.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Deliver training and share best practices to drive safety performance.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and ongoing improvement in safety practices.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally on life sciences or pharmaceutical projects.
• NEBOSH Construction Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH or GradIOSH preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Confident delivering training and engaging with teams on site.
• Proficiency with IT systems and safety management tools.
