Join a small specialist safety consultancy looking to lead a team of 3 consultants delivering CDMA and Health & Safety Advisory services for a range of clients in the North West.

Role and Responsibilities

• This is a split role, requiring technical ability to deliver projects as a CDM Advisor and Principal Designer, alongside possessing strong leadership skills and the ability to develop relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• This role is a strategic hire for the business, as they look to hire a leader to grow the team around.
• As the team lead, you will manage the service delivery, account manage and coordinate a small but experienced team of permanent and contract staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
