Location: Cork (site travel across Cork region) Full-Time Permanent

Salary: €55,000-€70,000 DOE

An energy services contractor focused on efficiency upgrades and retrofit projects across residential, commercial and community sectors.

The business delivers end to end solutions, from survey and design through to installation and completion, working closely with clients and state backed programmes.

Projects are typically live environments, involving multiple teams and subcontractors, with a steady flow of work driven by ongoing demand in the energy and retrofit space.

The Health & Safety Advisor will take responsibility for managing EHS across multiple sites, working closely with project teams and subcontractors.

• Oversee day to day health & safety operations across live projects
• Prepare and issue RAMS, safety statements and construction stage plans
• Carry out regular site audits, inspections and reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory and certification requirements
• Manage and maintain Safe T Cert and continuous improvement actions
• Support and monitor subcontractor safety compliance
• Deliver training and promote safe working practices across teams
• Work with project teams to integrate safety systems into daily operations

This is a site facing role with a mix of audits, systems management and team engagement.

The role is suited to candidates building their career in health & safety within construction or engineering environments.

• Relevant Health & Safety qualification
• Typically 2+ years' experience in a similar role within construction or related sectors
• Backgrounds may include Health & Safety Advisor, EHS Officer, or Site Engineer with strong safety exposure
• Good understanding of Irish health & safety legislation and compliance requirements
• Confident preparing documentation and delivering training
• Strong communication skills, able to deal with site teams and subcontractors
• Organised and comfortable working across multiple sites
