Irwin and Colton are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised leader within the live entertainment and events sector to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to support their operations across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced organisation, supporting major venues, festivals and touring productions while helping to drive a positive and proactive safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and continuous development of the health and safety management systems across multiple business areas.
• Conducting risk assessments and providing practical, operational health and safety guidance to venue and event teams.
• Carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations to support the continual improvement initiative.
• Coaching and engaging stakeholders at all levels to promote a strong and positive safety culture.

Candidate profile

• A NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification) and membership of a professional body such as IOSH.
• Previous experience within entertainment, events, hospitality, leisure or other fast paced operational environments would be advantageous.
• A strong understanding of UK and Irish health and safety legislation, fire safety and emergency planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
