Health & Fitness Advisor (Gym Instructor) - Job description

Our Health & Fitness Advisors (Gym Instructors) are passionate professionals who help people to live well and for longer. They create fantastic experiences full of energy and enthusiasm for customers, acting as a friendly face on the gym floor and assisting customers of all ages and abilities - from new gym users to those in rehabilitation and hardcore fitness enthusiasts. Their role includes delivering elite inductions, designing personalized programmes to help people achieve their goals, and ensuring the gym remains vibrant, safe and clean.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers of all ages and abilities with health and fitness needs.
• Deliver outstanding inductions and design tailored programmes.
• Maintain a safe, vibrant and clean gym environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Award in Fitness Instructing required.
• All candidates applying for roles within our leisure centres or in health/sports provision are required to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS.

Salary

£24,815.85 (pro rata)
£12.86 hourly

Location and Hours

Location: Knutsford Leisure Centre

Hours: Casual (0 Hours)

Shifts may include Mornings, Evenings & Weekends
