Role Overview

Health & Care Learning and Development Partner - Manchester
Pay Range 35,000 - 40,000 plus car allowance

What you'll be doing

• Design and deliver engaging training - from face to face sessions to virtual and e learning content
• Shape the future of professional development across our Health & Care division
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance and champion best practice
• Travel across locations to meet training needs and make a real impact

What we're looking for

• Experience as a health and care trainer or similar
• 'Train the Trainer' accreditation
• Strong presentation skills and a passion for learning
• Knowledge of person centred, outcome based services
• A self starter who loves developing themselves and others
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel
