The Tiffin Girls' School Governing Board is looking to appoint a new Headteacher, required from 1 September 2026, who embodies the school's values, champions its ambition, and will lead with integrity, warmth, and clarity of purpose. Lead strategic growth: Head the next phase of our digital and AI strategy and curriculum and assessment development to ensure our provision effectively prepares our students for the world of work.

Enhance external partnerships: Improve our local and national presence, particularly strengthening our role in widening access and outreach that enriches our students' experience beyond the school gates.
