Headteacher - Inclusion & Safeguarding Leader (EOTAS)

Cardiff Council is seeking a dedicated Headteacher for focusing on vulnerable and disengaged learners. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, improving attendance and outcomes in line with council strategies.

Key responsibilities include leading inclusive teaching, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead, and driving partnerships. Ideal candidates will possess an NPQH and senior leadership experience, and demonstrate a commitment to equity and inclusion.

The role offers a salary in the range of £80,080 to £92,754 per annum, full-time and permanent.
