We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join a highly regarded gastropub in a beautiful rural setting near Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined yet welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
• Deliver outstanding, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests
• Ensure smooth coordination between the dining room and kitchen
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service at all times
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members
• Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or strong experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine service
• A calm and professional approach under pressure
• High attention to detail and personal presentation
