Head Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking an accomplished Head Waiter to support in leading our dining team at Cliveden Dining Room, a 3 Rosette restaurant. The role offers an opportunity to oversee service excellence and uphold high-end dining standards.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead and inspire the team to maintain and exceed exacting service standards.
• Provide hands-on service, ensuring each guest receives personalized attention.
• Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills overseeing restaurant operations.
• Create a luxurious and memorable dining atmosphere.
• Continuously refine service procedures to meet and exceed 3 Rosette expectations.
• Proactively address guest needs to ensure a successful visit.

Qualifications

• Background in high-end dining, preferable in a 3 Rosette setting.
• Proven leadership experience and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering impeccable dining experiences.
• Proactive, quick-thinking approach to guest service.
