Head Waiter

For one of our clients, a high-end catering service, we are looking for: Head waiter - Diploma from a recognized hotel school confirmed in banquet/service catering - Excellent presentation and impeccable demeanor - Attention to detail and a strong sense of service with high standards of quality - French + English, another language a plus - Valid driving license + vehicle - Flexibility required for catering and events - Supervise all service teams (runners, head waiters, bar, etc.) - Maintain a level of excellence at all times, welcoming guests and ensuring the smooth running of service - Management of food and non-food orders - Able to load/unload trucks and work closely with kitchen teams. jida7e105daen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
