We are looking for a Head Waiter to join our Chet's team.

Job Description

What you'll do

• Lead your section by example, putting a memorable guest and team experience at the centre of what you do and inspiring others around you to do as you do
• Bring your own flavour to our guests' table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they're having a great time
• Play a key part in connecting the floor with the kitchen, handling any requests and questions, be they from our guests or the team
• Know your products and systems inside out

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• 2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
• You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• You're not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done
• You're up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
• If we got stuck in a lift together we'd have a good time and share a few laughs
• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
