Job Description
Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead their dedicated team at a state-of-the-art small animal practice in Liverpool. This is a unique opportunity to drive clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing success and development of the practice.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of clinical care with a focus on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the veterinary team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Ensure the practice consistently delivers gold-standard care to patients and clients.
  • Work a structured rota of four days per week with one in four weekends. There are no out-of-hours duties, though occasional on-call responsibilities may arise for inpatients.

Salary

Salary: Competitive salary of up to £90,000+ p/a reflective of skills and experience
