We're looking for a Pitmaster to lead our prep team, master the smokers and take charge of the low 'n' slow magic that makes Hickory's famous. If you love fresh food, leading a team and taking pride in every brisket, rib and pulled pork that leaves the smoker, this could be your perfect next move.
