Head of Youth Services & Community Impact

The Door in Stroud is recruiting a Head of Youth Services to lead our Youth Work Delivery Team and oversee our Christian outreach programme. This senior post requires strong operational leadership to ensure high-quality, high-impact youth work and effective partnerships with stakeholders.

The role carries a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Equality Act 2010 to be a practising Christian. 37 hours per week, based at The Door, Stroud; closing date 26 July 2026.
