NJC Scale BBU9, points 24 - 27 (FTE: £35,412 - £38,220 pro rata. Actual: £33,142 - £35,770 per annum)

Hours

37 hours per week, term time plus INSET, plus an additional 3 weeks

Responsibilities

• Lead the year group in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team to embed the school vision.
• Shape the culture in the year group by ensuring superb outcomes for pupils.
• Deliver excellence for students from all starting points.
• Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive, calm and purposeful climate for learning.
• Work closely with pupils at Samuel Whitbread Academy and engage in regulated activity with children.
