Your Role Oversees all products within the Workplace & Collaboration product stream, aligning Product Owners and team leads around a global strategy to enhance efficiency and collaboration across Linklaters. Works with stakeholders, external suppliers, and senior leadership to develop integrated solutions, manage dependencies, and aligns with the Firm's Technology Strategy and roadmap. Provides strategic accountability for the evolution of all tools and services within the Workplace & Collaboration product stream. Ensuring alignment with the Technology and Data strategy and Firm Wide Strategy. Maintains overall responsibility for the service quality and reliability of Workplace & Collaboration products.(AV, O365, Printing) Oversees the development, deployment, and maintenance of tools to enable secure email communications and file exchange. Collaborates with Service Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to monitor product performance and drive technical development. Aligns Workplace & Collaboration tools with user needs and business processes, ensuring seamless integration across teams. Manages external suppliers for technology and resources, ensuring delivery and alignment with the Firm's strategy. Leads the Printing, Scanning & Workplace Management team to manage tools for printing, scanning, and physical workplace technologies. Develops talent strategies for the sub-function, ensures alignment with broader goals, and promotes diversity and inclusion within the sub-function. Responsible for, creates, manages and develops the Workplace and Collaboration Budget, with a view to constant service and service optimisation. Drives a culture of continual improvement, proactively seeks feedback, identifies opportunities for optimisation, and implements enhancements to Workplace & Collaboration products and services to ensure they remain fit for purpose and aligned with evolving business and user needs. Champions the adoption of Workplace & Collaboration tools and services firmwide, acting as an evangelical advocate to ensure high levels of engagement and utilisation, and promoting best practices that maximise collaboration, efficiency, and value. About You Significant experience leading the design, development, and optimisation of workplace and collaboration technology products and services within a large, complex, or highly regulated environment, ideally professional services. Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and secure communication, aligning closely with organisational strategy. Strong understanding of technologies that support workplace productivity, including secure email communications, file exchange, printing, scanning, and physical office management. Demonstrated success in overseeing product performance, ensuring high standards of service quality, system reliability, and user satisfaction. Skilled at collaborating with senior leadership, project teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders to align products with business needs and drive adoption. Track record of managing relationships with external suppliers and technology vendors to ensure effective delivery, alignment with strategic priorities, and optimal value for the organisation. Experienced in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing, diverse teams, with a commitment to talent management and building an inclusive, supportive working culture. Adept at driving innovation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering new solutions that support changing business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to navigate organisational complexity and manage multiple projects and priorities. Collaborative, open-minded, and proactive, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, positive stakeholder engagement, and supporting the health and wellbeing of others.
