You'll lead Missoma's global wholesale strategy, owning the department's commercial success and driving growth, profitability, and market expansion across key international regions. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision with operational excellence - managing the P&L, setting ambitious revenue targets, and ensuring every account and market is serviced to the highest standard. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a cohesive global strategy that maximises Missoma's commercial potential.
What You'll Be Doing- Own and lead the global wholesale strategy, driving growth and business development across all territories.
- Manage the department P&L, ensuring delivery against ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing wholesale team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Identify and secure new global opportunities, expanding Missoma's market share and presence.
- Oversee key wholesale partnerships, ensuring brand consistency and commercial success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategy with merchandising, marketing, and operational priorities.
- Represent Missoma as a global ambassador, strengthening relationships and driving new business opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence through forecasting, reporting, and trade analysis to support strategic decisions.
- 10+ years' experience in senior international wholesale or business development leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing £3-10M in sales revenue with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong strategic planning skills and commercial acumen, balancing growth and profitability.
- Demonstrated success in driving international expansion and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to scaling global business.
