Salary £ 75-85K + 15% Bonus + Car Allowance

Position Overview:

The Head of Vet Key Accounts is responsible for leading a team of 5 Key Account Managers across the UK and Ireland. This role is accountable for delivering sales, profit, and related KPI's within the Vet channel. The position reports to the Pet Professional Sales Director UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct line management of 5 NAMs in line with the company's strategies and values.

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for external partners and internal stakeholders.

• Manage all aspects of customer terms negotiations, trade expenditure, advertising, promotional spend, and new product communication.

• Coordinate planning, cross-functional collaboration, and discipline in managing Veterinary National Accounts both online and offline.

• Build collaborative relationships with buyers, Vet and Nursing Directors, and internal stakeholders.

• Responsible for periodic forecasting, tracking, communication, and course correction of volume, sales, and service provision.
