Job Description
The Fidelis Partnership invites an experienced Underwriting Governance Manager to lead governance across Pine Walk MGA cells and provide hand on oversight to senior underwriters. You will embed effective internal controls and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial MGA environment.
The role requires strong leadership, governance discipline, and proactive risk management. You will collaborate with Chief Officers, capacity providers and regulators to align business plans
