Job Description

Understand the range of products available and which products to focus on in the UK market.

Create and deliver the sales and market development strategy.

Coordinate with different departments in the parent organisation to ensure operational efficiency.

Develop sales leads and build lasting relationships.

Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistency across operations.

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Report to the board and provide regular updates on market development and sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of UK Sales Operations should have:

Proven experience in technical sales within the electrical manufacturing sector.

Experience of creating and delivering a sales strategy for electrical products in a new geographical market.

Experience selling highly technical electrical products into manufacturers and end users.

Exceptional project management skills.

Ability and willingness to work alone - albeit with support from the parent company.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent strategic planning abilities.

Experience in stakeholder management.
