Head of UK Operations & P&L (On-site 4 days/wk)

Collectors is seeking a Head of PSA UK to lead the London Receiving Center. You will manage a 15-person team on the ground, own day-to-day operations, and carry P&L responsibility for the site.

This is a hands-on leadership role within an international organization, reporting to the General Manager, Europe. The role requires onsite presence four days per week, a track record of scaling businesses, and strong cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
