Description

Our client is a global asset manager and they seek a senior leader to shape and deliver the UK marketing and propositions agenda for across the UK intermediary and wealth market. The role blends strategy, hands-on content creation, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the UK marketing and propositions strategy aligned to commercial goals
• Lead the go-to-market for retirement solutions across wealth managers, advisers and platforms
• Produce high-quality retirement content (sales decks, narratives, collateral) tailored to the UK market
• Coordinate activity with Institutional and ETF marketing colleagues to ensure joined-up execution across channels and events
• Line-manage a Product Development individual, prioritising workload and develop capability
• Ensure all marketing activity, materials and web content meet FCA requirements and internal policies

Requirements

• Senior experience in marketing/product marketing within asset management, pensions or wider financial services
• Understanding of the changing UK landscape for intermediary/wealth audiences
