Description

What We Do:

We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.

Role Overview:

The Head of Transformational Change will lead the design, establishment, and evolution of new business units within a rapidly scaling engineering, construction, and manufacturing organisation. The role will enable the business to grow sustainably by shaping operating models, strengthening organisational capability, and ensuring that new divisions-across renewables, MEP solutions, and manufacturing-are set up for commercial success, operational efficiency, and long term resilience.

This position is pivotal in driving organisational scalability, embedding structure amid rapid expansion, and supporting senior leadership in aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver ambitious growth strategies.

What You'll be Doing

Lead the end to end design, establishment, and scaling of new business units by translating growth ambitions into clear organisational designs, operating models, and governance structures while creating frameworks for consistent stand up and seamless integration with existing operations. Shape and deliver multi year transformation roadmaps that enhance scalability, operational excellence, digital maturity, and readiness for expansion into renewable technologies and modern manufacturing. Define and standardise processes across engineering, construction, commercial, and factory environments, embedding lean, DFMA, BIM, and digital practices from inception. Drive people centred change strategies that ensure capability building, cultural alignment, and adoption of consistent ways of working across emerging units. Act as a senior advisor to executives, fostering strong cross functional relationships and facilitating alignment across all functions. Oversee a complex transformation portfolio-including new unit launches, digital programmes, ERP/PLM rollouts, and factory expansion-ensuring robust governance, risk management, and successful delivery as the organisation scales.
