Head of Transformation & Business Change

Pulsant is seeking a Head of Business Change to lead transformation across the Digital department. The role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and coordinates Business Analysis, Process Improvement and Project Delivery to deliver scalable change.

You will build a clear BC roadmap, prioritise initiatives by strategic value, and influence stakeholders across functions to align on outcomes and benefits realization.
