We are looking for a visionary Head of Transformation to drive our digital strategy and lead enterprise wide transformation initiatives. In this role, you will define and implement a digital roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, lead cross functional transformation programs, and ensure technologies such as automation, data analytics, and AI deliver measurable business value.

• You will act as a bridge between business and IT, drive a digital first culture, and oversee governance, KPIs, and reporting for all transformation activities.
• Your leadership will ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and customer focused digital solutions across the organisation.

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, AI, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in digital transformation, strategy, or leadership roles
• Experience in consulting and/or enterprise transformation programs highly desirable
• Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or technology preferred
• Strong expertise in digitalization, ERP systems, automation, and data analytics
• Proven leadership and change management capability in complex organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, solution driven approach
• High resilience, structured work style, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in international environments
• German language skills are an advantage
