Head of Transactional Finance & Transformation

Selecta in the UK is seeking an experienced Head of Transactional Finance to lead AP, AR, Billing and Collections, reporting to the Finance leadership team. You will drive operational excellence, implement automation and strengthen financial controls across a high volume environment.

You will mentor a high performing team of 15+, manage ERP implementation projects, collaborate with IT and procurement, and deliver KPI insights to senior stakeholders while ensuring robust governance and continuity.
