Head of Technology

• Lead the technology function, providing strategic and operational leadership across engineering, architecture, platforms, security, technology operations and IT service delivery
• Ensure technology investments, systems, and capabilities support business objectives, product strategy, and future growth
• Drive technical excellence, engineering efficiency, platform reliability, and continuous improvement
• Lead technology security, risk, and compliance activities, including the ISO 27001 programme
• Develop and inspire the engineering team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
