About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Supply Chain with strong FMCG experience to take full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, optimising processes, and leading teams to ensure best-in-class delivery across procurement, planning, warehousing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Oversee procurement, demand planning, production scheduling, logistics, and distribution across multiple sites.
Lead and inspire supply chain teams to deliver operational excellence, efficiency, and agility in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance, and value engineering initiatives across the network.
Design and implement KPI frameworks to ensure high levels of service, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support business expansion, new product launches, and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards while embedding best practices.
Leverage ERP systems and data analytics to enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years' supply chain leadership experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging sectors.
Proven track record of delivering strategic impact across procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution.
Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced analytical skills.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience in driving large-scale change and embedding continuous improvement.
