Worcester Students' Union is seeking an inspirational Head of Student Engagement to join its Senior Management Team and lead a transformative area shaping the student experience across representation, advice services, groups and activities.

You will provide strategic leadership, build high-performing teams, partner with Officers, university colleagues and partners, and ensure students influence decisions that affect their lives while fostering belonging and success.
