Head of Strategy & Transformation

ProblemShared is seeking a Head of Strategy & Planning to translate strategy into actionable priorities and drive delivery across transformation initiatives. You will oversee OKR governance, risk management and cross-functional alignment, reporting to the COO and working with the SLT.

You will lead a small team (3-4 Transformation Managers) and partner with clinical, product, commercial and operations teams to accelerate change while maintaining a disciplined operating rhythm.
