We're searching for an experienced Strategy Director who's ready to grab the reins and take a fast growing agency to new heights.

Who is the agency?

A buzzing brand & design agency leader with an impressive portfolio of Drinks, FMCG, Automotive, Travel, and Retail brands, typically working at global level. They're scaling up and growing at an impressive rate and need a Strategy Director with big ambitions to help drive this growth.

Your New Adventure

This is the agency's first senior strategy hire and an opportunity to carve out the strategy offering. Working closely with the founders, your mission is to fuel outstanding creative with insightful thinking, putting the agency on the map with your innovative brand building strategies. You'll be tasked with developing and growing the strategy team, currently made up of two of the brightest minds you'll ever work with.

Is This You?

• You've been in the strategy game for at least 7 years, with some experience specifically in design.
• You've got a trophy cabinet full of wins in brand positioning, architecture, identity, and you know what NPD stands for without Googling it.
• You take clients on a journey, build strong relationships and get the best out of your team.
• You're entrepreneurial, a go getter with plenty of ideas to excite internal and external teams.
