  • Lead the launch and scaling of an AI-powered self-serve advertising platform, unlocking high-margin incremental revenue.
  • Develop data-led, sector-specific solutions in partnership with Sales, Product, and Data teams to increase campaign value and yield.
  • Build upstream relationships with Tier 1 advertisers and agencies, co-creating solutions rooted in Telegraph journalism, audience insight and innovation.
  • Shape and implement new commercial models, ensuring The Telegraph remains differentiated in a competitive market.
  • Personally lead high-impact pitches, presentations and new business opportunities where needed.
Leadership & Impact
  • Act with an entrepreneurial mindset, owning growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, turning market change into opportunity.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Data and Marketing to deliver shared priorities.
  • Represent The Telegraph externally, building profile, credibility and influence across the industry.
Qualifications
  • Evidence of generating incremental revenue from new strategic initiatives
  • Proven success in driving digital revenue growth within a premium publisher, platform, or agency environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the UK agency landscape, especially holding companies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis) and their data-led strategies.
  • Experience delivering outcome-based, data-led sector solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills at senior-level.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute complex commercial strategies at pace.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, positioning The Telegraph as a market leader.
