Head of Soft Services & Facilities Delivery

Island of Jersey is seeking a Head of Soft Services to lead the development and delivery of soft facilities management across the organization. The role reports to the CEO and will shape the company-wide delivery process to support growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will manage customer and subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance, safety and quality across all soft services delivered by the company.
