Head of Social Policy & Industrial Relations

Airbus Operations Limited in the UK seeks a Head of Social Policy & Industrial Relations (SPIR) to lead the social roadmap and industrial relations strategy. You will oversee negotiations with national trade unions and steer policy development to support inclusion, diversity and compliance across sites.

You will report to UK HR Director and work with the UK HR leadership team to drive performance, transparency and cross-site collaboration, while guiding complex labour relations.
