Job Description
Vertas Nottinghamshire Limited (VNL) is seeking a Head of Service to provide strategic and operational leadership across catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance and Meals at Home services in Nottinghamshire. You will shape performance, develop senior leaders and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services for communities.
You will manage a large, dispersed workforce of 1,600 and a £40m annual turnover, ensuring strong commercial delivery while maintaining service excellence
