Reporting to the Deputy Director for Social Work and Social Care Services, this role oversees a broad range of adult social care services, including care homes, a mental health unit, extra care housing, a joint equipment service and Telecare. You'll manage two Service Delivery Managers, significant budgets, and lead partnerships with Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust and Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust. Early priorities include delivering on a digital / technology enabled care offer.
