Head of Self-Serve Growth

Paddle is seeking a Director of Self-Serve to own and scale the commercial motion of our self-serve revenue. You will set strategy, own activation, and drive unit economics across cross-functional partners including Finance, Product, Engineering, Demand Generation, Partnerships and RevOps.

You will lead a small, focused team, shape the funnel, optimize time-to-value, and leverage AI to improve velocity and quality as the motion scales globally.
