Responsible to - The Executive Headteacher
Fierté Multi Academy Trust requires an inspirational Head of School to work collaboratively to drive a culture of high expectation at Wilnecote Junior Academy - an inclusive and welcoming large junior school within a highly cohesive community near Tamworth.
Following the current post holder's retirement, we seek to appoint a suitably experienced and aspirational candidate to work in close collaboration with the Executive Headteacher giving the pupils of Wilnecote the quality of education they fully deserve.
You will have a proven track record of high quality teaching and learning. You will join an ambitious, forward thinking, and well regarded community based Trust. You will head a team passionate about helping children develop both personally and academically. You will lead on significant areas of school improvement.
Wilnecote Junior Academy is looking to appoint a committed and passionate Head of School to:
