Head of School - SEND & SEMH Leader (Finchley Site)

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a strategic leader for the Finchley Site within The Southover Partnership. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Headteacher to drive educational excellence for students with special educational needs and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. You will be responsible for promoting a positive culture, leading staff, and ensuring statutory compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding. The role involves travel across multiple sites as necessary.
