Head of School - Maths

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring leader to join the Senior Management Team as Head of School - Maths across the College Group.

This role offers the chance to inspire and motivate a team and to maximize achievement.

As Head of Maths, you will oversee teaching and learning, manage the team, and lead the design and delivery of the Mathematics curriculum.

The College seeks a Head of Mathematics with strong subject knowledge and a clear vision for delivering high-quality education and training. You will manage teachers, drive teaching initiatives, and develop assessment strategies.

A strong understanding of mathematics and the strategic aims of further education is essential. As part of the College's Senior Management Team, you will contribute to implementing the College's strategic plans.

Excellent organisational skills are required, along with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate colleagues to work collaboratively.

This is a non-teaching role.
