We are looking for an Head of School for a specialist ASC School in East London. The school caters for students who are unable to access mainstream education due to a diagnosis of autism The class sizes are very small and focus on the individual needs of students.

The school is part of a larger organisation offering alternative education to students who are unable to access mainstream education.

What We Are looking for - Headteacher

• Headteacher or Deputy experience and have or working towards NPQH
• Experience in SEND settings
• Experience of teaching with emotional regulation and with positive behaviour/de-escalation strategies
• Experience of quality assurance, budgets and management of large teams
• Positive role model to support communication, with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach
