Head of Scaled Customer Success & Growth

Synthesia is seeking a Manager of Scaled Customer Success in London to lead a high performing CS team and manage a $22M+ ARR portfolio. You will design scalable, data driven engagement programs to boost product adoption and health while partnering with Product and RevOps to accelerate value delivery.

You will coach 6+ CSMs across US & UK, drive renewal conversations, and champion automated, tech touch solutions to scale in a fast growing environment.
