As the Head of Sales for UK&I and Nordics reporting to our global management team, you will be responsible for driving direct enterprise sales, winning new logos, and expanding Flowable's footprint across UK&I and the Nordics. This is a highly hands on role in a lean team, ideal for someone who thrives in a hunter environment while shaping the commercial strategy.

What you'll be doing:

Direct Sales Execution - You will personally drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise prospects, with a strong focus on winning new logos and accelerating subscription revenue growth.

Pipeline Generation - Build and execute a targeted outbound strategy to generate high quality opportunities across priority verticals and markets. You will lead by example, owning a significant share of the pipeline creation efforts.

Strategic Expansion - Manage and grow key accounts through upsell and cross sell activities, ensuring Flowable becomes a long term strategic partner for our customers.

Team Leadership - Work closely with a high impact commercial team. Provide day to day coaching, ensure methodological discipline, and help establish scalable sales processes as the region grows (Player/Coach model)

What you bring:

Are you motivated by closing deals, breaking into new accounts, and driving the commercial success of a forward looking technology company? Alongside strong negotiating and influencing abilities, you'll also bring:

At least 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, including a proven track record in direct hunting roles within product companies

Experience leading a sales team and driving team performance in a fast paced environment

Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize commercial and go to market strategies

Strong knowledge of the "Digital Enterprise" space and related industries

Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and PANT

A well developed enterprise network, ideally with strong reach in financial services

Previous experience with open source technologies, subscription model software, or BPM/automation platforms is a strong plus
