Description: We are looking for a dynamic, driven leader to play a critical role in growing Clearwater's presence in the EMEA Asset Owner market. In a player-coach role, you will lead and build a team of quota-carrying sales representatives and pre-sales consultants. The leader is responsible for the overall quota of the team through the acquisition of new clients, with the goal of assisting Clearwater in becoming the world's most trusted technology platform for front-to-back office SaaS solutions.Clearwater has a proven track record of building outstanding businesses by obtaining or building a deep understanding of market requirements, as well as the technology and operational challenges faced by prospective clients. This knowledge leads to a consultative sales process that demonstrates, establishes, and highlights the value of Clearwater.This position provides an opportunity to play a highly visible role in Clearwater's growth within the EMEA market and will report directly to the EMEA MD. Responsibilities: This is an entrepreneurial role to build and manage one of our key regions in Europe. Requirements: 15+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the Asset Owner space. Experience in managing a team and achieving multi-million annual booking targets. Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. SaaS sales experience.
