Head of Sales: Build Revenue Engine in AI RegTech (London)

Weareunicorn is building AI-powered compliance and oversight tools for the Financial Services sector. The role focuses on owning revenue, defining the go-to-market motion, and driving growth at a seed-stage company on track to £10m ARR.

You'll report to the CEO, build the sales engine, close major deals, and decide when the CEO's network should be involved. You'll inherit an AE, two SDRs, Growth Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success and shape a scalable sales process.
