Head of Sales & Guest Experience

The Little Gym is seeking a Head of Sales & Hospitality in Durham. In this role, you will manage the inquiry-to-enrollment journey, ensuring an exceptional member experience. You'll conduct facility tours, welcome families, and handle member inquiries while meeting enrollment targets. This position requires 1+ years in sales or hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable using CRM tools. The role is hourly plus commission, with a flexible schedule to accommodate gym needs.
